The Benefits of Infrared Yoga
We currentlty have hot yoga, and will be transitioing to infrared yoga very soon.
nfrared yoga pairs traditional yoga with infrared panels that warm your body directly, rather than the surrounding air. This deep, penetrating warmth increases flexibility, promotes cardiovascular health, and eases muscle soreness. It is also generally more breathable and tolerable than traditional, heavy-air hot yoga.
The unique heating method yields several distinct benefits:
- Deeper Flexibility: Far-infrared wavelengths penetrate your muscles and connective tissue, allowing you to stretch safely with less risk of injury.
- Easier Breathing: Because infrared panels warm the body rather than relying on forced hot air, the room stays cooler and less humid. This makes it more breathable and comfortable for heat-sensitive practitioners.
- Better Circulation & Recovery: The targeted heat causes blood vessels to dilate, improving oxygen delivery to muscles, which accelerates post-workout recovery and reduces joint stiffness.
- Cardiovascular Conditioning: The direct heat safely elevates your heart rate, providing a cardiovascular workout comparable to moderate aerobic exercise.
- Detoxification & Skin Health: The deep sweat induced by infrared waves helps eliminate impurities, clear pores, and promote overall skin purification.

Meet our Team
Decompression using a hoist
We use a hoist to do 2 types of stretching and decompression
Using anti-gravity boots, we suspend you and add in some stretches. There is a height and weight limity. 5'10 and weight limit of the hoist is 300 pounds, but for stretching you, weight limit is also affected by the therapists strenth.
Neck Decompression combined with movements and stretches. It requires neck core strength and proper tongue positioning We take you through movements and stretches
Whole Body Vibaration Therapy
We offer three vibration-based circulation therapies with unique benefits:
Power Plate Combined with Red Light Therapy
- Promotes muscle engagement and lymphatic movement
- Improves flexibility, circulation, and performance
- Useful pre- or post-workout
Rumblex Vibration Platform
- Gentle full-body vibrations
- Relieves muscular tension and supports relaxation
- Suitable for all fitness levels
Chi Machine
- Provides passive aerobic exercise by gently rocking the body
- Stimulates abdominal organ health and lymphatic drainage
- Relieves lower back discomfort and tension
- Known to support spinal alignment and deep relaxation

Stick Mobility
Stick Mobility training combines joint mobilization, strength training, and active stretching using flexible training sticks. Its primary benefits include
increased flexibility, joint range of motion, and body awareness. By using the sticks for leverage, you can improve muscle activation, accelerate recovery, and reduce the risk of injury.
Specific benefits of adding this training system to your routine include:
- Improved Posture and Balance: The sticks act as physical feedback tools, helping you align your spine, engage your core, and correct muscular imbalances.
- Increased Joint Health: Active stretching and leverage work to lubricate joints and hydrate connective tissues, which promotes better mobility and less daily joint pain.

- Enhanced Strength and Stability: Driving the flexible sticks into the ground activates the principle of irradiation. This recruits more muscle fibers to help build stability and full-body strength without heavy weights

Stall Bars
Stall bars (or Swedish ladders) deliver incredible full-body benefits. By using just your body weight against the rungs, you can deeply decompress your spine, build immense core power, and dramatically improve your flexibility.
Incorporating stall bars ( provides several key advantages:
- Core & Abdominal Strength: They are ideal for high-level core exercises like hanging leg raises, L-sits, and the famous dragon flag (a movement popularized by Bruce Lee).
- Spinal Health & Posture: Hanging from the bars promotes spinal decompression. The apparatus is often used for physiotherapeutic routines, such as the Schroth method, to help correct spinal alignment and ease back stiffness.
- Enhanced Flexibility: You can easily anchor your feet or hands at various heights to target hamstrings, calves, and lats, allowing for progressive, deep tissue stretching.
- Isometric & Calisthenic Progressions: They serve as an excellent anchor for training advanced bodyweight skills like the human flag, front levers, and assisted push-ups

Teeter Hangups Inversion Table
Teeter Hang Ups inversion tables provide spinal decompression to relieve back pain, sciatica, and muscle tension by utilizing gravity to reverse spinal compression. They are the only inversion tables on the market registered with the FDA as a class 1 medical device.
Core Medical and Physical Benefits
- Spinal Decompression: Reverses gravity's daily compressive forces.
- Disc Rehydration: Creates negative pressure to draw moisture back into spinal discs.
- Nerve Root Relief: Widens the gaps between vertebrae to alleviate pinched nerves and sciatica.
- FDA-Cleared Target Areas: Indicated to treat spinal stenosis, herniated discs, and degenerative disc disease.
- Muscle Relaxation: Elongates shortened muscles and relieves intense muscle spasms.
- Improved Flexibility: Enhances joint mobility, corrects posture, and expands your overall range of motion.
- Enhanced Circulation: Promotes lymphatic flow and sends oxygen-rich blood to the brain to improve focus.

Copper nail bed (or "Sadhu board") foot therapy, featuring copper nails, offers significant wellness benefits by combining acupressure with the natural antimicrobial, highly conductive, and energetically grounding properties of copper. Standing on these boards stimulates over 7,000 nerve endings in the feet, aimed at improving circulation, reducing stress, relieving pain, and boosting overall energy.
Key Benefits of Copper Nail Beds
- Enhanced Acupressure: The sharp, specifically spaced copper nails target reflexology points on the feet, which proponents claim can improve blood circulation, increase energy levels, and enhance mental clarity.
- Antibacterial & Hygienic: Unlike other materials, copper is a natural antimicrobial agent that helps prevent bacterial growth on the nails, making the practice more hygienic.
- Energy & Stress Relief: Known in traditional practices for grounding and healing, copper is believed to cleanse negative energy, while the intense sensation of standing on nails induces deep relaxation and stress reduction.
- Improved Conductivity: Copper's high conductivity allows it to amplify the body's bioelectric responses.
- Healthier Circulation & Pain Reduction: Regular practice is said to help with pain management, inflammation, and blood flow, particularly when used in holistic, therapeutic routines
